The Cape Girardeau Police Department reported the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Kelbie B. Rodgers, 22, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of two counts of delivery or possession of a controlled substance at a jail and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
• Jason R. Schuler, 34, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation for possession.
• Herman J. Gardner, 36, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a Union County, Illinois, warrant for failure to appear for transporting alcohol.

Summonses

• Elisabeth B. Martin, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to maintain a single lane.
• Lindsey A. Vance, no age given, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a steady red light.
• Dustin W. Troutwine, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for following too closely.

Assaults

• Assault and trespassing were reported.
• Sexual assault was reported.

Thefts

• A black bicycle was reported stolen at 1208 N. Cape Rock Drive.
• Checks were reported stolen.
• A leaf blower and power washer were reported stolen at 423 Benton St.

Miscellaneous

• A 28-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
• A violation of an order of protection was reported.
• Two violations of an order of protection were reported.
