CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Wendi D. Freeman, 30, 136 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on a Fredericktown, Missouri, warrant for shoplifting.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of methamphetamine.

Summonses

• Joshua J. Loucks, no age given, of Frohna, Missouri, was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.
• M.D. Foster, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.
• Tate R. Gerard, no age given, of McClure, Illinois, was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

Thefts

• A bicycle was reported stolen at 221 N. Sunset Blvd.
• A vehicle was reported stolen at 627 Capaha Drive.

Property damage

• A vehicle was reported damaged at 17 Rivercrest Drive.

Miscellaneous

• A 21-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
• Tampering with a victim was reported.
• A 60-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
