There will be several activities based on Halloween, including trick or treating, hayrides, pumpkin painting, costume styling, pumpkin or fall beer, accordion performance, photo booth, spooky stories (kid-friendly and adults only) and a costume contest.

The Arts Council of Southeast Missouri

A reception will be held for printmakers Blake and Hannah Sanders. Their exhibit will focus on environmental issues.

The Artist Studio

The Artist Studio will showcase "Acrylic Paintings" by guests Catjy Bucher, Mary Luynn Crader and Laura Tongate, created in a recent workshop. Also, new abstract florals by Judy Barks-Westrich will be featured. The studio will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Gallery of Inspiration

Gallery director Beverly Northcutt will be the featured artist. She will exhibit abstract paintings done with Pebeo Fantasy, Moon, Prism and Vitrail. There will be coasters and serving trays created with the same technique.

An exhibit of portraits taken at the 2015 Cape Comic Con titled "Faces of Con" will be on display. Portraits were taken by artist Todd Davis.

Crisp Museum

"A Song from the Field" exhibit will be featured. It is a product of a journey taken through the Delta of Mississippi by William Burton Jr. and Robert A. Ketchens to rediscover the blues. Also, "Transition Spaces," an exhibition space devoted to the work of artists within 150 miles of Cape Girardeau, will have art by Nathan Pierce on display.
