Summonses

• Vashon L. Bell, 28, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for prohibited acts.
• Kyle M. Barks, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for improper display of plates and no insurance.
• Garrett L. Seabaugh, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for no insurance.
• Alexander T. Whisnant, no age given, of Doniphan, Missouri, was issued summonses for failure to yield, no plates and no insurance.
• Jared W. Burke, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to stop at a posted stop sign.
• Leslie M. Cagle, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for no valid operator's license.

Thefts

• Money and medication were reported stolen following damage to a vehicle at 1102 Independence St.
• A bicycle was reported stolen at 1455 Rose St.

Burglary

• Electrical wire, miter saw and a pipe wrench were reported stolen following a burglary at 102 N. Park Drive.
