Obamacare bumps

Enough of the scare tactics! Regardless of the deluge of Rich Lowry columns and Wall Street Journal reprints in the Southeast Missourian, Obamacare is far from death's door. Admittedly, it is going through some growing pains but is certainly not going over the cliff.

Clean House

Missouri House members and staff must now undergo annual sexual-harassment training following allegations that a former lawmaker sexually harassed interns and another exchanged sexual texts with one. And this is what people have voted in office. We need to clean house starting up there to get dirty slime like this out of office. Sure am glad I didn't vote them in. I would be ashamed to say I did.

Dastardly duo

Kudos to President George H.W. Bush for his scathing criticism of a Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld. The dastardly duo couldn't be more deserving.
