William Ray Arnold, 45, of Delta died Thursday, Nov. 5, 2015. He was born June 5, 1970, in Chaffee, Missouri, to Robert and Betty Hoover Arnold. Survivors include his parents, Robert and Betty Arnold; two daughters, Stephanie and Anita Freeman; three sons, Robert, Steven and Chalon Arnold; a sister, Bobbi Howard; two brothers, Athel John Arnold and Joseph Arnold; five grandchildren; other relatives; and many friends...

William Ray Arnold, 45, of Delta died Thursday, Nov. 5, 2015.

He was born June 5, 1970, in Chaffee, Missouri, to Robert and Betty Hoover Arnold.
