DWI
- Garrhett D.L. Bays, 21, 2006 Pamela Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
- Anthony M. Bure, 39, 2843 Whitener St., was arrested on a Scott County, Missouri, warrant for larceny.
- Joshua D. Ray, 25, 109 S. Park Drive, was arrested on a Greene County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for domestic assault.
- Ashley N. McGuirk, 36, 609 Maple St., was arrested on a Dunklin County, Missouri, warrant for a probation violation.
- Kureil V. Johnson, 24, 1011 William St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault.
- Christopher G. Boettcher, 19, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to return to confinement.
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of shoplifting at Academy Sports, 270 Shirley Drive.
Summonses
- David E. Riley, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for not having insurance and driving with a revoked license.
- Angel J. Slaner, 19, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
- Amanda D. Holshouser, 25, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for shoplifting at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.
- Jennifer L. Wissmann, no age given, of Union, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to yield.
- Marvin M. Knupp, 39, of Anniston, Missouri, was issued a summons for receiving stolen property.
- Lisa M. Rickman, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for leaving the scene of an accident and driving without insurance.
Assault
- A domestic assault was reported.
Thefts
- Money was reported stolen at 555 N. Spring Ave.
- Theft was reported at 209 S. Kingshighway.
- Theft was reported at 3440 Lowes Drive.
Burglaries
- Burglary and the theft of an iPad, batteries, money and a money drawer were reported at 1802 Broadway.
- Burglary and the theft of a television were reported at 618 North St.
- Burglary and the theft of a PlayStation 4 and money were reported at 1802 Main St.
Miscellaneous
- Trespassing was reported at 630 North St.
- A 47-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

- Greg A. Mungle, 48, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to obey a judge's order for driving while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance and driving while revoked.
- Frazier B. Bankhead, 49, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Mississippi County, Missouri, warrant for nonsupport.
- Rachel McCammon, 34, of Millersville was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.
- John P. Rose, 67, of Glenallen, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for passing bad checks.
- Carrie Naeger, 39, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of a controlled substance, domestic assault and failure to appear.
- Victor M. Gregori, 27, of Jackson was arrested on a Randolph County, Missouri, warrant for driving while suspended and on a Macon County, Missouri, warrant for receiving stolen property.
