CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Xavion Devon Dillon, 20, of Tylertown, Mississippi, was arrested on suspicion of theft.
• Jennifer Lynn Lowery, 32, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of theft.
• Leo Edward Knighten, 22, of Benton, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of theft.
• Randall Duane Fields, 44, 257 N. Park Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for not having insurance.
• David R. Smith, 30, of Scott City was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
• Brian D. Cayce, 22, 843 Jefferson St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and a stop-sign violation.
• A subject was in custody pending formal charges of property damage.

Summonses

• Amanda J. Boatwright, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for following too closely.
• Cathryn V. Jaco, 20, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for assault and property damage.
• Crystal G. Ingram, no age given, of Chaffee, Missouri, was issued summonses for driving with no insurance and improper lane change.

Theft

• A scooter was reported stolen.
