CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• James Douglas Richards, 59, 1508, N. Clark Street, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

Arrests

• Jason R. Schulaer, no age given, no address given, was arrested on warrants.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.
• Katelyn Juni Leah Brogden, 22, of Jonesboro, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of theft at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• Jonathan Blake Hubbs, 25, of Jonesboro, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of theft at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of theft, tampering, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
• George L. Jones, 26, of Portageville, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants and a Stoddard County, Missouri, warrant.
• Stephanie S. O'Brien, 33, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, was arrested on a Poplar Bluff warrant and a Butler County, Missouri, warrant.
• Donny D. Chilton, 34, 1557 Helmsdale Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant and a Cape Girardeau County warrant.
• Three juveniles were cited into juvenile court for peace disturbance.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and trespassing.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of second-degree domestic assault and third-degree assault.
• Kaleeya M. Whitfield, 23, 121 East Rodney Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for no seat belt.

Summonses

• Lisa R. Silvet, no age given, of Chaffee, Missouri, was issued summonses for failure to drive on the right half of the road, having an expired operator's license and not having insurance.
• Matthew A. Hosafros, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to stop for a steady light.
• Michaela L. Collier, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.
• Keighley D. Collier, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to stop for a steady light.
• Rein Ahma Robinson, 17, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a peace disturbance.
• Ramsey Tyler Robinsonn, 17, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for peace disturbance.
• Terry Lynn Price, 43, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for trespassing.

• Assault was reported at 45 S. West End Blvd.
• Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

• A digital video recorder was reported stolen at 334 N. Frederick St.
• A 2013 Vespa scooter was reported stolen at 824 N. Fountain St.
• A green Diamondback bicycle was reported stolen at 420 S. Ellis St.
• Theft from a vehicle was reported at 127 Siemers Drive.
• A license plate was reported stolen at 1413 Brookshire Road.

Burglary

• A burglary and the theft of cash was reported at 45 S. West End Blvd.

Property damage

• A vehicle was reported damaged at 3248 William St.

Miscellaneous

• Interference with custody was reported.
• A peace disturbance was reported at 1829 N. Sprigg St.
• Child abuse was reported.
• A 25-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
• Leaving the scene of an accident was reported.
• Interference with custody was reported.
• Tampering was reported at 45 S. West End Blvd.
• A mental-illness detention was reported.
• Violation of an order of protection was reported.

• Steel Moyers, 31, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon.
• Terry Roberts, 39, homeless, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for trespassing and probation violation.
• Jon Marsh, 26, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear on domestic.
• Robert Dustin Bay, 23, of Kokomo, Indiana, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
