DWI

  • James Douglas Richards, 59, 1508, N. Clark Street, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

Arrests

  • Jason R. Schulaer, no age given, no address given, was arrested on warrants.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.
  • Katelyn Juni Leah Brogden, 22, of Jonesboro, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of theft at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • Jonathan Blake Hubbs, 25, of Jonesboro, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of theft at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of theft, tampering, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
  • George L. Jones, 26, of Portageville, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants and a Stoddard County, Missouri, warrant.
  • Stephanie S. O'Brien, 33, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, was arrested on a Poplar Bluff warrant and a Butler County, Missouri, warrant.
  • Donny D. Chilton, 34, 1557 Helmsdale Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant and a Cape Girardeau County warrant.
  • Three juveniles were cited into juvenile court for peace disturbance.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and trespassing.
