Dr. Edward Joseph Budil Jr., 85, formerly of Springfield, Illinois, died Monday, Nov. 16, 2015, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau. Memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Christ Episcopal Church in Springfield.
