Arrest

• Stephen R. Smith, 24, of Pleasant Valley, Missouri, was arrested on a Clay County, Missouri, warrant.

Summonses

• Madison H. Cannon, 21, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Sean R. Jones, 18, of Jackson was issued a summons for displaying the plates of another.

Theft

• Theft was reported in the 1900 block of Lee Avenue.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported in the 1200 block of Cherokee Street.
• Property damage was reported in the 200 block of Rolling Fields Drive.

Miscellaneous

• A domestic disturbance was reported in the 800 block of East Adams Street.
• A welfare check was requested in the 500 block of Kies Avenue.
• A court-order violation was reported in the 1200 block of Cherokee Street.
