CAIRO, Ill. -- Charles Watkins, 58, of Cairo died Monday, Nov. 23, 2015, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Massie Funeral Home in Mounds, Illinois. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
