MEXICO, Mo. -- Charles Bradford Knapp, 57, of Mexico, formerly of Cape Girardeau, died Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2015, at Golden Living Center-Pin Oaks in Mexico.
He was born Dec. 6, 1957, in Perryville, Missouri, to Dennis Albert and Betty June Triller Knapp.
Charles was employed by VIP Industries in Cape Girardeau and was involved with the Special Olympics.
Survivors include two sisters, Gail (Bryan) Johnson of Steedman, Missouri, and Annette M. Knapp of Fulton, Missouri; a brother, William J. Knapp of Fulton, Missouri; a stepbrother, Daniel Stout of Warrenton, Missouri; a stepsister, Debby Johnson of Steedman; and a half sister, Denice Knapp of Troy, Missouri.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service Saturday at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Donny Ford officiating. Burial will be at Lorimier Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
Memorial contributions may be given to Special Olympics.
