The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

• Charles Strop, 21, of Oran, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.

Summons

• Kyle P. Randen, 20, of Cape GIrardeau was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.

Theft

• Theft was reported in the 500 block of Otto Drive.

Miscellaneous

• Check the welfare was requested in the area of Greensferry Road and North Ohio Street.
• Check the welfare was requested in the 2900 block of East Main Street.
• A drug violation was reported in the area of Hubble Ford and Cascade Road.
• A peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of East Adams Street.
• A fight in progress was reported in the 2200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• A peace disturbance was reported in the 900 block of West Adams Street.
