McGraddie "Mac" Robinson, 55, of Jackson passed away Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2015, at his home.

He was born Dec. 24, 1959, in Cairo, Illinois, son of Ralph C. Robinson and Novella Jones Williams. He and Gabriele Bielmeier were married Sept. 16, 1981.

Mac was a member of Crossroads Church in Jackson. He was inducted into the United States Army on July 19, 1977, serving 20 years before retiring in 1997. He was then employed 15 years as a line technician at Procter & Gamble in Cape Girardeau. He will be greatly missed by family and friends.

Loving survivors include his wife of 34 years, Gabriele; five children, Antonio (Tonya) Wells of Atlanta, LaTrease (Seneca) Drake of Kennett, Missouri, LaToya (Joe) Vaughn and McGraddie (Hannah) Robinson Jr. of Jackson and Julia (Sarina) Robinson of Dahlgren, Virginia; his father, Ralph Robinson of Sikeston, Missouri; two brothers; five sisters; and 10 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his mother, a brother and a sister.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson and from 10 a.m. until time of service Monday at Crossroads Church in Jackson.

The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the church, with the Rev. Brian Anderson officiating. Interment will be in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, with military honors.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Crossroads Church.
