The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • John D. Hager, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain a lane, having an unlicensed vehicle and leaving the scene of an accident.

Arrests

  • Lindsey R. Moore, 23, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.
  • Kyle L. Dougherty, 20, of St. Peters, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a seat-belt violation.
  • Patrick J. Abbott, 53, 254 County Road 541, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for no proof of insurance.
  • Justin D. Gray, 19, 523 N. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.
  • Justin A. Grayson, 31, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for theft.
  • Christie Lee Stallings, 32, 3011 Themis St., was arrested on a New Madrid County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for theft.
  • Nicole Marie Greable, 39, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, was arrested on a Butler County, Missouri, warrant for a traffic violation.
  • Ryan James Hallam, 31, 45 West End Blvd., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.
  • Justin Dennis Marberry, no age given, 1412 Kingshighway, was arrested on an Alexander County, Illinois, warrant for failure to appear.
  • Benjamin Randal Davis, 35, of Jackson was arrested on a probation and parole warrant.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges for domestic assault.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of theft at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest, hindering prosecution, unlawful possession of a concealable firearm and possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of tampering with physical evidence, possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and operating a motor vehicle without headlamps.

  • Keith G. Fry, 63, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.
  • Brittany L. Prince, 26, of Whitewater was arrested on suspicion of theft.
  • Robert M. Best, 38, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of two counts of receiving stolen property.
