MOUNT PLEASANT, Ill. -- Jerry "J.D." Carter, 80, of Mount Pleasant passed away Saturday, Dec. 5, 2015, at his home. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Crain Funeral Home in Anna, Illinois.
