The Rams trailed by three points entering the second quarter but outscored the Lancers 14-4 in the period for a 27-20 lead at halftime.
The Rams, who improved to 4-2 with the victory, return to action Saturday against Kelly in the first round of the Southeast Missourian Christmas Tournament.
