The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

• William C. Jaquin, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of operating a motor vehicle while operator's license revoked.

Summonses

• Leah M. Holshouser, 23, of Millersville was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.
• Jerry L. Harding, 61, of Fredericktown, Missouri, was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.

Thefts

• Theft was reported in the 2900 block of East Main Street.
• Theft was reported in the 700 block of North High Street.
• Theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

• A drug violation was reported in the 500 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Harassment was reported in the 500 block of South Hope Street.
• Fraud was reported in the 700 block of West Main Street.
• Fraud was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• An assist was requested in the 2900 block of South Old Orchard Road.
• An assist was requested in the 700 block of West Main Street.
