The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Fredrick J. Brown Jr., 33, 2812 Hilltop Drive, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of operating a motor vehicle while operator's license revoked.

Summonses

• Jimmy G. Morlan Jr., 21, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for speeding and failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Matthew T. Mueller, 48, of Jackson was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
• Mary S. Mylonas, 34, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for operating a motor vehicle while operator's license revoked and speeding.

Thefts

• Theft was reported in the 700 block of North Farmington Road.
• Theft was reported in the 2900 block of South Old Orchard Road.
• Theft was reported in the 300 block of Daisy Avenue.
• Theft was reported in the 1000 block of Highland Drive.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.

Miscellaneous

• Check the welfare was requested in the 2900 block of South Old Orchard Road.
• A domestic disturbance was reported in the 600 block of North High Street.
