Arrests

  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault and assualt on a law-enforcement officer.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and inducing symptoms by use of solvents or possessing solvents.
  • Jacqueline M. Kahmke, 31, of Perryville, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing clothing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • Tonya S. Woods, 29, of Gipsy, Missouri, was arrested on a Scott County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for a traffic violation.

Summons

  • Jennifer D. Davis, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign at William and Lorimier streets.

Thefts

  • Theft of a laptop, jewelry, medication and Zippo lighter were reported at 1430 N. Spanish St.
  • Missouri license plate number KE9-D8U was reported stolen at Osborne Office Equipment, 1413 Thomas Drive.
  • Missouri license plate PE9-Z6T was reported stolen at 545 S. Spring Ave.

Property damage

  • Damage to furniture and a window was reported at 820 S. Sprigg St.
  • Damage to a yard was reported at 1439 Whitener St.

Miscellaneous

  • Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
  • Harassment was reported at 407 N. Kingshighway.
  • Protective custody was reported.
  • Forgery was reported.
  • Forgery was reported.
  • A 14-year-old girl was taken into protective custody.
  • A 36-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
  • An animal bite was reported at 2431 Horseshoe Ridge.
