Featured at the February First Friday opening reception at the Arts Council of Southeast Missouri, 32 N. Main St., will be new art by the Visual Arts Cooperative. The reception will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Feb. 5. The artwork of Phil Nash and Juanita Wyman will be on display in the co-op window.
