Mark Schultz has been named the director of physician practices at Saint Francis Medical Center. In this role, Schultz will be responsible for the planning, development, implementation, operation, coordination and performance improvement of all activities within Hospitalist Services. This is in addition to his role as director of Occupational Health services. Schultz has been with Saint Francis since 1996.

Lance West has been appointed director of patient experience at Southeast Hospital. In a news release, West said his goal is to "improve the experience of not only patients, but their families, providers and staff" throughout the organization. West began his work with SoutheastHEALTH in 2003 as a retractor holder. His most recent position was assistant nurse manager of ICU/CTU.

Cossette will provide strategic leadership and day-to-day operational direction to senior management and staff throughout the organization. Cossette, a lawyer, brings more than 12 years of lobbying experience to the Missouri Chamber.

Farmington, Missouri, native Brad Green joined the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry as its new director of legislative and regulatory affairs. Green works directly with the state's elected officials to help ensure the business community is represented as proposed laws advance through the legislative process. His focuses are on transportation, health care and regulatory affairs.
