Tommy Hale

Tommy Eugene Hale, 56, of Scott City died Monday, Jan. 18, 2016, at his home.

He was born Oct. 6, 1959, in Cape Girardeau to Lloyd Lester and Mary Ann Owen Hale.

He worked as a forklift operator for Osborn Hessy Logistics and was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.

He is survived by three brothers, James (Nancy) Hale and Larry Hale, both of Belleville, Illinois, and Guy (Lori) Hale of Scott City, and two sisters, Rebecca (Scott) Wright of Gordonville and Sharon Macdonald of Cape Girardeau. Tom also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, as well as many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Russell Hale.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until the time of service Saturday at Amick-Burnett Chapel in Scott City.

Memorial service with military honors will be at 6 p.m. Saturday at the chapel, with the Revs. Kevin Ropp and Brad Burger officiating.
