CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of second-degree robbery and assault at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• Jamie Robert Goehman, 40, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing from Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a synthetic narcotic at 2017 Perryville Road.
• Two suspects were in custody pending formal charges of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

Burglary

• Second-degree burglary was reported.

Theft

• Theft and damage to a vehicle were reported at Themis Street and Henderson Avenue.

Property damage

• Damage to a phone was reported at 2831 Hemlock Court.
• Damage to a window was reported at Coalter and Felty Properties, 1524 Hill St.

Miscellaneous

• Violation of an order of protection was reported.
• Authorities applied for a warrant for failure to return to confinement.
