CAPE GIRARDEAU
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
- James O. Reed, 51, 605 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on two Malden, Missouri, warrants for failure to appear for public-order crimes and tampering with a meter.
- Emannuel T. Ware, 36, 1704 Bloomfield St., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau County warrants for burglary, non-support and traffic violation and a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.
- Jamie R. Goehman, 40, of Jackson was arrested on a probation and parole warrant.
- Jesse R. Glover, 32, 1018 S. Pacific St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for larceny.
- Charlee R. Byington, 36, 195 Bobcat Lane, was arrested on a St. Louis County warrant for a probation violation and two Crawford County warrants for driving while intoxicated and dangerous drugs.
- Seangela L. Johnson, 23, 2834 Whitener St., Apt. 2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended.
- Tareq M. Almalhm, 26, 151 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Union County, Illinois, warrant.
- Three suspects were in custody pending formal charges of theft of a motor vehicle.
- Courtney J. Moyers, 27, 138 A St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.
- Nykkya Danshell Dickson, 22, of Metropolis, Illinois, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
- A suspect was custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest.
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
Summonses
- Nichole L. Lawson, 31, of Hurst, Illinois, was issued a summons for theft of various merchandise at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
- Cynthia L. Parton, 27, of Marion, Illinois, was issued a summons for theft of various merchandise at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
- Mark Dewayne Sparks, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for display of certain items prohibited and private property free of litter.
Assault
Burglary
- A television, PlayStation 3 and jewelry were reported stolen at 1829 Brink Ave.
Miscellaneous
- Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
- Authorities applied for a warrant for an individual's failure to return to confinement.

DWIs
- Matthew J. Hale, 24, of Advance, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and driving while intoxicated.
- Zachary M. Graham, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a stop sign.
Arrests
- Dustin J. Hansmann, 24, of Marquand, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing and possession of burglary tools.
- Joshua J. Wicker, 24, of Perkins, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing and possession of burglary tools.
- John R. Mitchell III, 34, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
- Michael S. Payne, 34, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
- Joshua D. Hormann, 27, of Friedheim was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
- Toni G. Hatch, 42, of Portageville, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.
- Devin W. Sutterer, 29, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear and failure to maintain financial responsibility.
- Kimberly M. Sides, 48, of Jackson was arrested on a Perry County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear and failure to show insurance.
- David D. Riojas, 33, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of property damage, third-degree domestic assault and third-degree assault.
- Corey J. Overbey, 28, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of harassment, trespassing and driving with a revoked license.
