Gary Ray Dover, 37, of Cape Girardeau died Thursday, Jan. 21, 2016, at his home.

He was born Dec. 31, 1978, in Cape Girardeau to Gary L. and Bonnie Michelson Dover.

Gary was saved and baptized at his home. He loved music, collecting baseball cards, comic books and reading western books. He will be sadly missed by family and friends.

Survivors include his mother, Bonnie L. Dover of Cape Girardeau; a brother, Eddie E. Dover of Chaffee, Missouri; three sisters, Gina George and Elizabeth King of St. Louis and Holly Dover of St. Charles, Missouri; two nieces; and a nephew.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service Monday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Stan Hargis officiating.

Memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society.
