Thomas Phillips, 88, of Cape Girardeau died Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2016, at the Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau. Visitation will be from 9:30 until time of service Saturday at First Presbyterian Church in Cape Girardeau. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church.
