Richard A. Morgan, 86, of Cape Girardeau died Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2016, at the Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau. Visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. until time of service Saturday at Christ Lutheran Church in Gordonville. The funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the church, with the Rev.
