JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Katie M. Taylor, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while operator's license suspended, being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and failure to maintain insurance.
• Thomas J. Sheppard III, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while operator's license suspended and on a Scott County warrant.

Summonses

• Kim K. Martin, 61, of Jackson was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
• Richard W. Griggs, 51, of Fredericktown, Missouri, was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.
• Jack M. Litzelfelner III, 17, of Jackson was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
• Daniel W. Schaab, 32, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
• Susan M. Ludolph, 56, of Fredericktown, Missouri, was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving.
• Thomas J. Sheppard III, 23, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for displaying the plates of another, failure to register a motor vehicle and a seat-belt violation.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported in the 100 block of South Shawnee Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

• An assist was requested in the 400 block of Kies Avenue.
• Soliciting was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• An assist was requested in the 1800 block of South Hope Street.
• Check the welfare was requested in the 200 block of East Washington Street.
• Check the welfare was requested in the 2200 block of Garrett Lane.
• Harassment was reported in the 500 block of Dianna Drive.
• Keep the peace was requested in the 900 block of Clark Street.
