The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls:

Tuesday

• Medical assists were made at 2:44 a.m. on South Sprigg Street; 3:35 a.m. on Dunklin Street; 8:26 a.m. at Doctors Park; 1:08 p.m. on Independence Street; 5:02 p.m. on North Main Street; 7:03 p.m. on Cuesta Drive; 7:44 p.m. on Albert Street; and 8:11 p.m. on Hopper Road.
• At 8:48 a.m., an outside rubbish, trash or waste fire on Bertling Street.
• At 2:42 p.m., steam, vapor, fog or dust on Interstate 55.
• At 3:30 p.m., a passenger-vehicle fire on North Kingshighway.
• At 5:33 p.m., a motor-vehicle accident with injuries on North Kingshighway.
• At 11:26 p.m., a system malfunction on Thilenius Street.
