The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Jamaal Herman Gardner, 36, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for no proof of insurance.
• Auston Thomas May, 24, 509 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of assault.
• A 13-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.

Thefts

• Money was reported stolen at 1339 Ashland Hills Drive.
• Missouri license plate CK9-N5M was reported stolen.

Assaults

• Assault was reported.
• Assault and theft were reported.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported.

Miscellaneous

• Rape was reported.
• A 44-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

• Fred E. Robinson Jr., 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked and driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

• Elizabeth I. Harris, 34, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation and stealing.
• Ethan R. Faries, 18, of Benton, Missouri, was arrested on a Miner, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense.
• James B. Hughes, 36, of Old Appleton was arrested on suspicion of child abuse and unlawful possession of a firearm.
• Rebekah E. Hughes, 33, of Old Appleton was arrested on suspicion of child abuse.
• Teah V. Newson, 36, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.
• Steve Z. Kittle, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving under the influence.
• Jacob M. Wipfler, 24, of Old Appleton was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
• Mary L. Nix, 39, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Bollinger County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear in court for assault.
• Craig S. Hess, 42, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving under the influence.
• Ronald M. Woods, 67, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated and no operator's license.
• Justin V. Biester, 34, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.
• Christopher G. Boettcher, 19, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of first-degree property damage, driving while revoked and no insurance.
