The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Ethan R. Harris, 22, 2560 Lisa Drive, was arrested at 554 Woodbine Place on a Sikeston, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear.
  • Megan E. Sisk, 22, 554 Woodbine Place, was arrested at 554 Woodbine Place on suspicion of possession of marijuana, trafficking or attempt to traffic drugs and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing.
  • Mariah A. Islas, 21, 1706 Bloomfield St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.
  • A 15-year-old girl was taken into custody on suspicion of assault at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.
  • A 14-year-old boy was taken into custody on suspicion of assault at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing tools and household items at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

Summonses

  • Tate R. Gerard, 32, of McClure, Illinois, was issued a summons for illegal dumping on private property at 423 N. Middle St.
  • Christian A. Richards, 18, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for assault at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.

Thefts

  • A Schwinn bicycle was reported stolen at 900 Perry Ave.
  • Clothing, an iPhone, an audio cable, a USB cable and an identification tag were reported stolen from a vehicle at 1521 Independence St.
  • An iPad Mini and computer were reported stolen at 1028 N. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

  • Tampering with a motor vehicle was reported at 1107 Broadway.
