Jackson police report 3/3/16

JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Camron M. Pinkerton, 17, 320 Morgan St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana under 35 grams.
• A 15-year-old boy was referred to juvenile authorities on suspicion of assault.
• Cedrick C. Moore Jr., 23, 803 W. Main St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on a show-cause order.
• Miriah A. Islas, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on a show-cause order
• A 13-year-old boy was referred to juvenile authorities on suspicion of assault.

Summonses

• Scott A. Nagel, 55, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.
• Elmer D. Bollinger, 72, of Patton, Missouri, was issued a summons for obstructing traffic.
• Christopher L. Franklin, 29, of Jackson was issued a summons for trespassing.
• Emily M. Phelps, 28, of Jackson was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.
• Darcie R. Lane, 21, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for displaying the plates of another.
• Jeffrey T. Kennett Jr., 21, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Michaela L. Lacey, 17, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Thefts

• Theft was reported in the 2900 block of East Main Street.
• Theft was reported in the 1400 block of North Farmington Road.
• Theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Burglary

• Attempted burglary was reported in the 1100 block of Broadridge Drive.

Assaults

• Assault was reported in the 200 block of Morgan Street.
• Assault was reported in the 200 block of North West Lane.
• Assault was reported in the 1600 block of West independence Street.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported in the 3300 block of East Main Street.
• Property damage was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.

Miscellaneous

• Check the welfare was requested in the 600 block of East Jefferson Street.
• Harassment was reported in the 200 block of Donald Street.
• Check the welfare was requested in the 200 block of Morgan Street.
• Check the welfare was requested in the 400 block of North Lacey Street.
• Fraud was reported in the 2300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Check the welfare was requested in the 400 block of North Farmington Road.
• Check the welfare was requested in the 1000 block of Anna Street.
• Keep the peace was requested in the 700 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
• Check the welfare was requested in the 2200 block of Berkley Drive.
• A drug violation was reported in the area of Oak and Morgan streets.
