JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Tia S. Barks, 42, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

Arrest

• Dean R. Weber, 46, 2135 Providence Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

Summons

• Tia S. Barks, 42, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to dim lights within 500 feet.

Miscellaneous

• An assist was requested in the 1000 block of West Main Street.
• Fraud was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• A fight in progress was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• A domestic disturbance was reported in the 900 block of Highland Drive.
• A domestic disturbance was reported in the 900 block of Highland Drive.
