Wilfong is from Bonne Terre, Missouri, and is working toward a bachelor's degree in construction management from Southeast Missouri State University. Before joining Robinson Construction, Wilfong worked for an industrial modular and process-piping contractor in Pasadena, Texas.

River Radio Cape named Ed Groves as the director of sales over the Cape Girardeau market. Groves will oversee sales operations of Max Media's eight-station cluster, developing the sales staff and growing River Radio's customer base. The role previously was held by Ronnie Glover, who serves as general manager of the Cape Girardeau office. Groves has over 40 years of broadcasting experience. Before joining River Radio, he served as general manager of KDSI/WDKA-TV.
