  • Brian K. Huckstep, 29, 3633 County Road 620, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

  • Pascual Dominguez, 39, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing at Dollar Tree, 164 Siemers Drive.
  • Brandon D. Tipler, 34, 2820 Independence St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for trespassing.
  • Victor L. Timothy, 21, of Caruthersville, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for violating a steady signal.
  • Cathryn Yvonne Waynick, 46, 16 N. Park St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated and failure to pay a sewer bill.
  • Samantha Nichole Burks, 29, 20 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for probation violation.
  • Larry Duane Tanner, 27, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
  • Lori Ann Welker, 41, 3020 Boutin Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for trespassing.
  • Jacqueline M. Kahmke, 31, of Perryville, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for stealing.
  • Kenneth M. Franks, 53, 1018 Good Hope St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation and trespassing.
  • Chelsea B. Howell, 28, of Benton, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
  • Thomas K. Gowin, 58, of Olive Branch, Illinois, was arrested on a Union County, Illinois, warrant for two counts of possession of child pornography.
  • Charles J. Green, 22, homeless, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
  • Herbert L. Marchall II, 33, 821 William St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
  • Aaron J. Presley, 37, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a probation and parole warrant for probation violation
  • Two juveniles were taken into custody for property damage and burglary at 1704 Big Bend Road.
  • Lanoria Alece Pratt, 20, was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest at 921 Hackberry St.
  • Dominique Lashun Hill, 21, was arrested on suspicion of assault at 921 Hackberry St.

Summonses

  • John M. Bergauer, 58, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for trespassing at 315 N. Frederick St.
  • Maria Inez Plunk, 33, of Adamsville, Tennessee, was issued a summons for theft.
  • Paula Marie Ball, 50, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.
