The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Megan E. Sisk, 22, 554 Woodbine Ave., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to obey judge and probation violation for dangerous drugs.
  • Jennifer E. Cobb, 25, of Kennett, Missouri, was arrested on two Dunklin County, Missouri, warrants for probation violation for possession of marijuana.
  • Brandi S. Adams, 28, of Park Hills, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
  • Zechariah L. James, 37, 2838 Independence St., No. 20, was arrested on suspicion of stealing miscellaneous identification items.

Summons

  • Serena Marie Matthews, 26, of Potosi, Missouri, was issued a summons for stealing at 2817 Themis St.

Thefts

  • Change, a CD, CD player and CB radio were reported stolen and vehicles were reported damaged at 1441 and 1445 Price Drive.
  • A wallet and its contents were reported stolen at 3017 Mimosa St.
  • Medication, a cellphone and a notepad were reported stolen and tampering with a motor vehicle was reported on Boxwood Drive.
  • A vest, duffel bag and its contents were reported stolen at 1037 N. Middle St.

Property damage

  • A vehicle window was reported broken at 1208 Big Bend Road.

Miscellaneous

  • An animal bite was reported at 6 Village Drive.
  • A dog bite to a victim's right hand was reported at 642 S. Sprigg St.
  • Harassment was reported.
  • Tampering with a motor vehicle was reported.
  • Child abuse was reported.
