Cape Girardeau police report 5/13/16

CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Travis M. Davie, 33, 1226 S. Ellis St., was arrested at 33 N. Henderson Ave. on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
• Thomas J. Thornton, 39, 36 N. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while suspended at Bloomfield and South Hanover streets.
• A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of domestic assault, property damage and being beyond parental control.

Summonses

• Jiarong Tang, 21, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for animal leash law required and animal city license required in the 2900 block of Bernice Street.
• Autumn G. Dugan, 19, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for animal leash law required and animal city license required at 1912 Ritter Drive.
• Stephanie Cerny, 36, of Chaffee, Missouri, was issued a summons for trespassing at 315 N. Frederick St.

Assault

• Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

• A wallet and its contents were reported stolen at 164 Siemers Drive.
• An iPhone was reported stolen at 3049 William St.
• Two cellphones were reported stolen at 724 Broadway.
• A wallet and its contents were reported stolen at 1241 Brenda Kay Court.

Miscellaneous

• Violation of an order of protection was reported.
