The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Chad C. Gray, 40, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

Arrests

• Jennifer T. Burton, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on a show-cause order.
• Alicia R. Kaiser, 29, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
• Miranda C. Maddox, 22, 930 E. Main St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and unlawful use of a weapon.
• Christopher W. Magers, 24, 930 E. Main St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and unlawful use of a weapon.

Summonses

• Mark T. Landgraf, 62, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
• Chad C. Gray, 40, of Scott City was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Jessy V. Eades, 18, of Jackson was issued summonses for operating a motor vehicle without a valid operator's license, leaving the scene of a motor-vehicle accident and failure to maintain insurance.

Thefts

• Theft was reported in the 1400 block of Bel Air Drive.
• Theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported in the 3300 block of East Main Street.
• Property damage was reported in the 5200 block of Birk Lane.
• Property damage was reported in the 1500 block of Greensferry Road.

Miscellaneous

• Peace disturbance was reported in the 200 block of West Park Street.
• A fight in progress was reported in the 700 block of Oak Street.
• An assist was requested in the 2300 block of Garrett Lane.
• Peace disturbance was reported in the 100 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Check the welfare was requested in the 1600 block of West Independence Street.
• Harassment was reported in the 800 block of North West Lane.
• Fraud was reported in the 2900 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Harassment reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.
