JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Jeremy T. Cook, 35, 440 Greensferry Road, was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle while operator's license revoked.

Arrests

• Gregory W. Donner, 27, 317 Marigold Drive, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of leaving the scene of an accident.
• Robert J. Wilson, 30, 404 Greensferry Road, was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while operator's license revoked.

Summonses

• Whitney P. Dewrock, 30, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Elizabeth D. Jones, 32, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Kristian D. Baine, 31, of Scott City was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while operator's license suspended.
• Douglas D. Benton, 44, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for assault.
• William L. Hutson, 21, of St. Louis was issued summonses for improper lane usage and failure to maintain insurance.
• Zachary S. Johnson, 24, of Scott City was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.
• Jeremy T. Cook, 35, of Jackson was issued summonses for careless and imprudent driving and failure to supply financial responsibility.
• Robert J. Wilson, 30, of Jackson was issued summonses for careless and imprudent driving and failure to supply financial responsibility.

Theft

• Theft was reported in the 900 block of East Main Street.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported in the 700 block of Eastview Court.
• Property damage was reported in the area of the city park.
• Property damage was reported in the 900 block of Kent Street.

Miscellaneous

• Check the welfare was requested in the 800 block of Amanda Street.
• A court-order violation was reported in the 700 block of Dallas Street.
• A domestic disturbance was reported in the 2200 block of Garrett Lane.
• Keep the peace was requested in the 700 block of Oak Street.
• A peace disturbance was reported in the 500 block of Michael Anna Street.
