  • Fracis G. Pounds, 30, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

  • Ryan S. Bomar, 32, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of second-degree assault.
  • David S. Babers, 38, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
  • Marcus A. Rice, 29, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Kevyn T. Troupe, 40, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Perry County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for a traffic violation.
  • Lauren Anthony, 27, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for failure to drive in the right lane on a highway.
  • Levin C. Ray, 33, of Advance, Missouri, was arrested on a Malden, Missouri, warrant for contempt of court.

  • Misty D. Johnson, 42, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of second-degree burglary, theft and stealing a firearm.
