CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Two suspects were in custody pending formal charges of receiving stolen property.
• Russell J. Morgan, 43, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for stealing.
• Brittney L. Monahan, 31, of Daisy was arrested on suspicion of stealing miscellaneous items at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• Three 10-year-old boys and a 12-year-old boy were arrested on suspicion of a curfew violation at 2102 William St.

Burglary

• Burglary and theft of a television were reported at 2826 Independence St.

Thefts

• A cellphone was reported stolen at 630 S. Henderson Ave.
• An iPhone and case were reported stolen at 1827 Bloomfield St.
• Stealing from a motor vehicle was reported at 1111 Harmony Lane.
• A motor vehicle was reported stolen at 39 S. Sprigg St.

Property damage

• Damage to a laptop computer and tampering with a motor vehicle were reported at 607 Albert St.
• A door and window panes were reported damaged at 1818 Broadway.

Miscellaneous

• A 28-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
• A 55-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
• An animal bite was reported at 915 S. Sprigg St.
• Tampering with a motor vehicle was reported at 416 S. Kingshighway.
• Identity theft was reported.
