Arrests
- Christie L. Stallings, 32, of Malden, Missouri, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for stealing and probation violation for stealing.
- Matthew E. Otten, 31, of Anna, Illinois, was arrested at South Fountain Street and Shawnee Parkway on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Nicklas V. Ulmer, 36, of Morley, Missouri, was arrested at South Fountain and Morgan Oak streets on a Cape Girardeau warrant for speeding.
- Brayden A. Glueck, 18, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for speeding.
