The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Landers Whitcomb, 49, no address given, was arrested at Gordonville and South Silver Springs roads on suspicion of driving while revoked.
• Dustin William Turner, 26, no address given, was arrested at 214 N. Louisiana Ave. on suspicion of first-degree trespassing.

Assaults

• Second-degree domestic assault was reported at 522 Cape Meadow Circle.
• Third-degree assault was reported at 20 N. Pind Wood Lane.

Burglary

• First-degree burglary was reported.

Miscellaneous

• Request for service was reported at 1025 N. Sprigg St.
• An ex parte violation was reported at 44 N. Henderson Ave.
• A curfew violation was reported at South Hanover and Cousin streets.
