The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrest does not imply guilt.

Arrest

• Jordan I. Lawrence, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Summonses

• Leslie A. Orrell, 45, of Jackson was issued summonses for a seat-belt violation and displaying the plates of another.
• Rashon J. Council, 20, of Sikeston, Missouri, was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle and displaying the plates of another.

Theft

• Theft was reported in the area of West Adams Street and Bast Street.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

• Fraud was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Domestic disturbance was reported in the 500 block of North Maryland Street.
• Keep the peace was requested in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Domestic disturbance was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.
