Schaper -- Jordan

Melissa Diann Schaper and Andrew Thomas Jordan were married June 25 at the Elks Lodge lake in Cape Girardeau. Larry Calhoun officiated the wedding.

Parents of the couple are Tammy Schaper of Jackson and Kevin and Carol Jordan of Jackson.

Matron of honor was Angela Williams of Jackson, best friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Stacey Ronchetto of St. Peters, Missouri, friend of the bride; Letha DeBeaux of Jackson, friend of the bride; and Maria Smith of Jackson, friend of the bride.

The flower girls were Zoe Biester of Jackson, daughter of Christina Biester, friend of the bride, and Kennidee West of Mount Vernon, Illinois, daughter of Kyle and Kim West, cousin of the bride.

The ring bearer was Liam Jordan of Jackson, the couple's son.

Candlelighters were Heather Lowe and Kim West, both of Mount Vernon and cousins of the bride.

Best man was Robert DeBeaux of Jackson, best friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Shawn Boregerding of Houston, friend of the groom; Aaron Jordan of Jackson, brother of the groom; and Derek Feeney of Jackson, friend of the groom.

Ushers were Sam Jordan and Luke Jordan, both of Chaffee, Missouri, and cousins of the groom.

The wedding reception was held in the upper hall of the Cape Girardeau Elks Lodge. A dinner and dance were held.

The rehearsal dinner hosted by the groom's parents was held June 24 at Port Cape Girardeau.

Melissa is a 2006 graduate of Jackson High School. She works at Wal-Mart in Jackson.

Andrew is a 2005 graduate of Jackson High School. He is a shift supervisor at Silgan Plastics.

After a wedding trip to Gatlinburg, Tennessee, the couple lives in Jackson.
