DWI

• Jesse T. Lawrence, 26, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of burglary and theft of electronics at 415 S. Pacific St.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia at Linden and South Ellis streets.
• Suspects were in custody pending formal charges of stealing jewelry and craft supplies at Hobby Lobby, 207 S. Kingshighway.
• Richard Flye, 41, no address given, was arrested on a warrant.
• Chasity Harris, 37, no address given, was arrested on a warrant at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• O'Teasha Brandy, 20, no address given, was arrested on a warrant at Bloomfield and Mount Auburn roads.
• Travis Blackmon, 36, no address given, was arrested on a warrant.
• Michael Vincent, 38, no address given, was arrested on a warrant.
• Renee Shaffer, 38, no address given, was arrested on a warrant at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

Summons

• Heather A. Keefer, 39, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for stealing jewelry and craft supplies at Hobby Lobby, 207 S. Kingshighway.

• Robbery and the theft of money were reported at The Outlet, 341 S. Sprigg St.
