CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls Saturday.

• Medical assists were made at 2:47 a.m. on South Pacific Street; 8:50 a.m. on South Plaza Way; 10:40 a.m. on Broadway; 12:49 p.m. on North West End Boulevard; 3:02 p.m. on North Fountain Street; 4:21 p.m. on North Middle Street; and 6:36 p.m. on Jefferson Avenue.
• At 12:47 a.m., an alarm system sounding on Dalhousie Drive.
• At 1:04 a.m., an alarm system sounding on Siemers Drive.
• At 4:15 a.m., a call on Independence Street.
• At 8:44 a.m., a citizen assist on Whitener Street.
• At 9:04 a.m., a system malfunction on Siemers Drive.
• At 12:26 p.m., an EMS call on East Cape Rock Drive.
• At 12:38 p.m., an alarm-system activation, no fire, on North Sprigg Street.
