JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Dustin L. Tatum, 23, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of leaving the scene of a motor-vehicle accident, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (drugs), possession of marijuana under 35 grams, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to distribute.
• Kathryn R. Ferguson, 40, of Fredericktown, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant and a St. Francois County, Missouri, warrant.

Summonses

• Joseph E. Lowes, 36, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
• Serena V. McClure, 57, of Greenville, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Kadin B. Boardman, 38, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Taylor B. McDowell, 28, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Jennifer K. Steen, 40, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Melissa D. Cruts, 44, of Jackson was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.
• Laura M. Wright, 36, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.
• Brandy L. McDaniel, 29, of Jackson was issued summonses for operating a motor vehicle while operator's license suspended, failure to maintain a single lane and failure to maintain insurance.

Assault

• Assault wad reported in the 2000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Thefts

• Theft was reported in the 300 block of West Washington Street.
• Theft was reported in the 100 block of North Missouri Street.
• Theft was reported in the 400 block of Donald Street.
• Theft was reported in the 200 block of North West Lane.

Burglary

• A burglary attempt was reported in the 100 block of Westbrook Lane.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported in the 100 block of East Adams Street.
• Property damage was reported in the 1400 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

• A weapons violation was reported in the 1200 block of Cherokee Street.
• An assist was requested in the 700 block of Wedge Lane.
• Fraud was reported in the 900 block of Gerald Street.
• Identity theft was reported in the 300 block of East Adams Street.
• Domestic disturbance was reported in the 1200 block of Redbud Street.
• Peace disturbance reported in the 700 block of West Main Street.
• Check the welfare was requested in the 100 block of South Farmington Road.
• Peace disturbance was reported in the 500 block of North Hope Street.
• Fraud was reported in the 300 block of North West Lane.
• Identity theft was reported in the 900 block of Aaron Drive.
• Keep the peace was requested in the 2100 block of Bainbridge Road.
• Peace disturbance was reported in the area of West Washington Street and North Union Avenue.
• An assist was requested in the 700 block of Eastview Court.
• Harassment was reported in the 2400 block of Travelers Way.
• Fraud was reported in the 500 block of West Main Street.
